description.abstract Two forms of P-glucosidase ((3-D-glucoside glucohydrolase, EC 3.2.1.21) from the culture filtrate of Aspergillus niveus were separated and partially purified by gel chromatography on Sephadex G-100 column. The two forms differ from each other with respect to molecular weight, being 194 kDa for (3GI and 97.7 kDa for PGII. The results are compared to other fungal (3-glucosidases and the multiplicity of the enzyme is discussed. en_US
