dc.description.abstract This study focuses on the relationship between high nd low levels of ttmc-ni-mEigement and specialization as ndependent variables, and academic achievement and life-atisfactiun as dependent ones.. Six hypotheses were tested hrough a sample uf (759) female smdents derived from (5) ollcges at Qatar University, and by using (3) tools; Time-iianagemcnt Quest ion naire. Feelings of Inadequacy Scale, and -ife Satisfaction index A, Carrying out 2-way ANOVA, and Scheffe test, results up ported the hypotheses concerning the effect of time-nanagcmcnt variables - completely and partially - on academic ichievement and life satisfaction, in order - however, the elation between specialization and both of achievement and life ,atis fact ion needs turther verification en_US
