الأنماط القيادية ومدى فعاليتها للمشرفين التربويين في الإدارة العامة للتعليم بمنطقة عسير

| الملخص | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على الأنماط القيادية السائدة ومدى فعاليتها التي يمارسها المشرفون التربويون في الإدارة العامة للتعليم في منطقة عسير. شملت عينة الدراسة عدد (80) مشرف تربوي وزعت عليهم أداة وصف فاعلية وتكيف القائد (LEAD) إضافة إلى أداة تقيس بعض العوامل الديموغرافية مجال الإشراف- عدد المرؤوسين- المؤهل- العمر- التدريب- الخبرة) . وبعد استخدام بض الأساليب الإحصائية لتحليل بيانات الدراسة مثل: معاملات الشيوع وتحليل التباين واختبار فريدمان توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج منها:- 1- الأنماط القيادية السائدة لدى المشرفين التربويين في الإدارة العامة للتعليم بمنطقة عسير هو نمط المشاركة يليه نمط التسويق أو الاستشارة واقل الأنماط القيادية شيوعا نمط التفويض . 2- المتوسط العام لفاعلية الأنماط القيادية السائدة لعنة الدراسة من المشرفين التربويين منخفض جداً 3- توجد فروق داله إحصائيا في تفضيلات استخدام الأنماط القيادية الراجعة إلى متغيرات الدراسة. وقد انتهت الدراسة ببعض التوصيات لتطوير الأنماط القيادية للمشرفين التربويين ولإجراء المزيد من الدراسات في مجال الإشراف التربوي. |

| الملخص البديل | This study aims at exploring the prevalent leadership styles practiced by educational supervisors working in Assir General Educational Administration, and the extent of the effectiveness of these styles. The study sample included 80 educational supervisors. They were handed Leadership Effectiveness and adaptability Description (LEAD) , as well as another device that measures some demographic factors such as (field of supervision, number of subordinates, qualification, training, and experience) . By applying some statistical methods to analyze the study data, the study reached a number of conclusions such as: 1. The ,most prevalent leadership style of educational supervisors in Assir General Educational Administration is the participation style, followed by the marketing or consultation style. The least prevalent style is the Delegation style. 2. The general average of the effectiveness of the prevalent leadership styles of the study sample of the educational supervisors is very poor. 3. There are statistically significant differences in the preferences to use leadership styles related to the study variables. The study concludes with some recommendations to develop leadership styles of the educational supervisors, and to conduct further researches in the field of educational supervision. |
