| Abstract | یعتبر موضوع حریة الإنسان مجالاً للعدید من العلوم الإنسانیة، حیث إن لحریة الإنسان ارتباط بالأخلاق والدین والفلسفة. كما أن ھذا الحق یعتبر أساس منظومة حمایة حقوق الإنسان؛ إذ أن كل حق من حقوق الإنسان تتطلب ممارسته توفر ھامش من الحریة، لكن ھذه الحریة شدیدة الحساسیة تجاه جملة المتغیّرات الدولیة التي تطبع المجتمع الدولي، وتؤثر على الأنظمة الداخلیة للدول، سواءً أكانت ھذه المتغیّرات ذات طبیعة سیاسیة أو اقتصادیة أو اجتماعیة ثقافیة. ومن أبرز آثار ھذه المتغیّرات ممارسات العنصریة والإرھاب، فرغم تجریم ھذه الممارسات على المستویین الدولي والوطني، ما زالت قائمة وتمثل أكبر عائق یقف في وجه ممارسة الإنسان لحریته |

| Alternative Abstract | The subject of human freedom is an area of many humanaities and social sciences since human freedom has a connection with morality, religion and philosphy. This right is also the basis of the human rights protection system. Every human right exercised requires a margin of freedom but this freedom can be susceptibe to variables in the international community which can affect the internal systems of states whether they are of a politcial, economic, social or cultural nature. The most prominent of these variables are racist practices and terrorism. Despite the crimilization of these practices at international and national levels, they continue to represent the greatest impediment to the exercise of liberty by man. |
