| Abstract | تُعنى هذه الرسالة بدراسة إضافات الإمام الماوردي في تفسيره (النكت والعيون) على التفسيرات التي نقلها عن السلف والخلف، وقد حاو لت الإجابة عن عدة أسئلة أهمها: ما المقصود بإضافات الماوردي، ومدى وجاهة إضافاته في التفسير، وكيف وصل إلى هذه الإضافات، وهل هو مسبوق إليها، وهل تابعه المفسرون في إيراد هذه الإضافات أم تجاهلوها. وقد جاءت الدراسة في فصلين وخاتمة، تناولت في الفصل الأول التعريف بالماوردي ومنهجه في التفسير وإيراد الأقوال، وتمييز ما تعتبر إضافة على من سبقه، أما الفصل الثاني فكانت دراسة لإضافات الماوردي في سبعة سور من القرآن الكريم، وقد بلغت ( 54 ) إضافة، حيث تمت دراسة هذه الإضافات وتقييمها، ومقارنة إضافاته مع من سبقه من المفسرين ومن تابعه في إيرادها، والترجيح بين الأقوال التي نقلها الماوردي في الآيات التي أضاف فيها معاني جديدة. وخلصت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أبرزها: تمكّن الإمام الماوردي من علوم الشريعة والاجتهاد، وتلقي المفسرين إضافات الماوردي بالقبول غالبا، فتناقلوها في مصنفاتهم، ومنها أن الماوردي اعتمد في إضافاته على عدة أصول منها: المعنى المعجمي للألفاظ، وضرب الأمثلة للألفاظ العامة، والتفسير باللازم وغيرها. |

| Alternative Abstract | This thesis studies Imam Mawardi’s commentary in his Tafsir (Al Nukat Wal Uyuun) along with the interpretations he cited from his predecessors and successors. It attempts to answer a number of questions, mainly: what do these annotations signify; how did he arrive at such conclusions; was he the first to state them; and whether or not his annotations gained the attention of other Tafsir scholars. This study comprises of two sections and a conclusion; Section One provides a brief introduction about Al Mawardi, his interpretation and citation methodology, and a categorization of what is considered to be his commentary rather than the statements of other Tafsir scholars; Section Two analyzes and evaluates Al Mawardi’s fifty-four annotations on seven chapters in Quran, it also compares his annotations with previous Tafsirs, and evaluates his citations in the same verses he commented on. This thesis concludes several results, most notably: Al Mawardi mastered Islamic sciences and Ijtihad, his annotations are well-received among Tafsir scholars who have cited him in their works. The study also shows Al Mawardi’s preference for lexical meanings in his commentary, and how he gives examples of general terms and explains what is necessary for the understanding of the verses. |
