| Abstract | هذا البحث يعتني بحياة المفسر التركي عمر نصوحي بيلمان وجهوده في ميدان خدمة الإسلام في الفترة التي كانت العلوم الإسلامية وأهلها تحت ضغوط علمانية في تركيا، وخصوصا ما قدمه رحمه الله في مجال تفسير القرآن الكريم كما أنه يتبين البحث منهجه الذي سار عليه في تفسيره. ويتكون هذا البحث من مقدمة وفصل تمهيدي وثلاثة فصول وخاتمة، أما المقدمة فقد اشتملت على أسباب اختيار البحث، وأهميته، وإشكاليته، وأسئلته، وأهدافه، وفرضياته، وحدوده، والدراسات السابقة، ومنهجه، وخُطّته، وأما الفصل التمهيدي فقد اشتمل على البيئة السياسية والبيئة العلمية التي عاش فيها عمر نصوحي بيلمان. وأما الفصل الأول فقد اشتمل على حياة عمر نصوحي بيلمان الشخصية، والعلمية، والعملية، وأما الفصل الثاني فقد اشتمل على بداية تأليف التفسير في عهد الجمهورية التركية، وبيان أشهر التفاسير فيها، ودراسة تفسير عمر نصوحي بيلمان، وأما الفصل الثالث فقد اشتمل على توضيح منهج عمر نصوحي بيلمان في تفسيره، وعنايتِه بأحسن طرق التفسير، وعرضه سور القرآن الكريم، وذكره موضوعات علوم القرآن، وتناوله للمسائل العقدية والفقهية. ومن خلال هذه الدراسة تم التوصل إلى نتائج متعددة، من أهمها: أن بيلمان رحمه الله عالم موسوعي خلّف تراثا من الكتب والمؤلفات، وأنه انتهج في تفسيره منهج أهل السنة بعيدا عن الخرافات، وأن تفسيره من أشهر التفاسير في عهد الجمهورية التركية، وأنه تفسير وسط يناسب الجميع. |

| Alternative Abstract | Heading: The Turkish interpreter Omer Nasuhi Bilmen and his approach to interpreting the holy Kor'an and his high meanings in Turkish. This research concerns the life of the Turkish interpreter Omer Nasuhi Bilmen and his efforts in serving Islam in the period when the Islamic sciences and the people were under the secular influence and what he presented in interpreting the holy Kor'an, in addition it concerns with stating his approach which he followed in interpretation. This research consists of introduction, introductory chapter, 3 main chapters and a conclusion. The first chapter: I stated his personal, academic and practical life. The second chapter: I stated the beginning of composing interpretations in the era of Republic and stating the most famous ones. The third chapter: I stated his approach in interpretation of holy Kor'an. The conclusion. |
