| Abstract | تتناول هذه الدراسة جانبا من العلاقات العربية -الصهيونية خلال الحرب العالمية الأولى، وقد رسمت خلالها ملامح الأوضاع السياسية للبلاد العربية بعد الحرب. كما تلمست أثر الحرب على الوجود اليهودي في فلسطين، وتغير الموقف الدولي تدريجيا لصالح الحركة الصهيونية خاصة بعدما حصلت على دعم الحكومة البريطانية التي أعلنت وعد بلفور في تشرين ثاني 1917م. وعمدت الدراسة الى الاستناد الى المصادر المعاصرة لزمن الدراسة فقط على الأغلب؛ باعتبار ذلك منهجا أكثر موضوعية يساهم في تدقيق المواقف والأفكار وتمحيصها. وركزّت الدراسة على تتبع موقف الشريف الحسين من الحركة الصهيونية قبل وعد بلفور؛ وكذلك موقفه من الوعد على أثر صدوره مباشرة. مع الأخذ بالاعتبار تزامن إصدار الوعد وإعلانه مع إعلان اتفاقية سايكس-بيكو السرية المتعلقة بالبلاد العربية بما فيها فلسطين؛ إلى جانب سيطرة بريطانيا العسكرية على فلسطين. وقد تداخلت ردود فعل الشريف حسين وغيره من العرب تجاه كل ما سبق. وبحثت الدراسة موقف الحركة الصهيونية تجاه الوعد الذي روجت له باعتباره مشروعا خيريا إنسانيا دون أن تفصح عن أهدافها السياسية، مستخدمة كافة الوسائل الممكنة، سواء في البلاد العربية او دول العالم الكبرى حيثما تواجدت جماعات يهودية وعربية. وتمثل بعضها في التأثير على موقف السوريين في مصر وكذلك الجاليات العربية في أوروبا وأمريكا. وأظهرت الدراسة المواقف الدولية من القدس والأماكن المقدسة باعتبارها مجالا حيويا دينيا لتدويل مسألة فلسطين؛ رغم بقاء بريطانيا قيمة عليها بحكم تفوقها العسكري في فلسطين والمنطقة. واعتمدت الدراسة على مجموعة من الوثائق العربية والبريطانية، إلى جانب عدد من الصحف المعاصرة لفترة الدراسة؛ مثل صحيفة القبلة الحجازية، وصحيفتي المقطم والأهرام المصريتين، ومجلة المنار، إضافة إلى مصادر أخرى متنوعة. |

| Alternative Abstract | This study deals with part of Arab –Zionism relationship during the first world war, and it marked the political situations headlines to Arab countries after war, it also marked the effects of war on the Jewish existence in Palestine and the gradual turn of international situation on behalf Zionist movement especially after it gets support from British governments which announced Belfour declare in November 1917. The study focused on recording AL Sharif AL Hussein bin Ali attitude from the Zionist movement before Belfour declare, and also his attitude to its immediate declaration, taking into consideration the coincidence of Belfour declare announcement and Sykes-Pecos secret agreement related to Arabian countries including Palestine, in addition to Britain military occupation on Palestine, consequently the reactions of AL Sharif Hussein and other Arabs leaders and elite were all interrelated. The study searched the Zionist movement attitude towards the declaration which it propagandize for as a charitable humanity proposal without the announcement of its political goals using all possibilities wither in Arab worlds or great world countries, where there are groups of Arabs and Jewish. The study explained the international attitudes towards Jerusalem and the holy lands because it is a very important religious atmosphere to Palestine initialization. although the real existence was for Britain because of its military excellence in Palestine and the region. The study depend on Arabic –British documents, in addition to contemporary newspapers during the study such as Hijazi Qiblah, ALMuqattam and ALAhram Egyptian newspapers ,ALManar magazine and other specialized references. |
