| Abstract | لما كان " الحفظ" شرطا في أداء الحديث النبوي لصحة الرواية، انتصب طائفة من الباحثين والكتاب لانتقاد الصحيحين من جهة اعتمادهما على روايات بعض المختلطين . ولما كان الاختلاط يعبر عن الاختلال في الحفظ ورداءته ، يرد السؤال: كيف ساغ للبخاري ومسلم ان يعتمدا روايات طائفة منهم مع اشتراطهم للضبط المحكم؟ وكيف ساغ بعد ذلك أن يقال إنهما اشترطا الصحيح فقط؟ فهذا البحث غايته الجواب عن ذلك ببيان منهج الامام البخاري- خاصة- في الرواية عمن وصف بالاختلاط؟ ومعه مقدمة معرفية نظرية في موضوع الاختلاط عند المحدثين. |

| Alternative Abstract | Memorization is a prerequisite for the authenticity of a narration for a prophetic tradition. Some researchers criticized the two most authentic books of Hadiths -Sahihaine- based on the claim that the books include narrations for “Mukhtaliteen” (doubtfuls). Ikhtilat (doubtfulness), refers to deficiency in memorization and uncertainty; hence a question can be raised about how come Al-Bukhari and Muslim referred in their seminal books to narrations from people who are considered as “Mukhtaliteen” while they require the accuracy as a condition for any narration. And further, how it can be justified that they only accepted the authentic narration given these narrations? The goal of this research is to answer these questions and detail the methodology of Imam Al Bukhari, specifically in narrating from these people who are considered as Mukhtalit. The research will be introduced by presenting the topic of “Ikhtilat” (doubtfulness) and how narrators perceived it. |
