| Abstract | إحلال المفاهيم إشكالية اعترت المفاهيم الشرعية فانعكست على الأحكام بالضرورة، وقد وضعت الباحثة مفهومي الجهاد والإرهاب أنموذجًا لدراسة الإحلال الواقع بينهما، فهذه الدراسة تهدف إلى بيان حركة المفاهيم والأحكام الملازمة لها من جهة الأمر إلى جهة النهي، باستخدام كل من المنهج التاريخي، والمنهج التحليلي، والمنهج المقارن. وقد توصلت الباحثة إلى عدد من النتائج أهمها: أن للمفاهيم أربع حالت وهي: التباين، والتداخل، والإحلال الجزئي، والإحلال الكلي، وأن هناك عد دا من العوامل أسهم في الإحلال منها؛ التطور الدلالي للمفهوم، وتأثر المفهوم بالمحيطين السياسي والثقافي، والتلاعب بالأدلة ، والألفاظ ودللتها من قبل المصدر للأحكام. |

| Alternative Abstract | Substitution of concepts is a problematic issue that afflicts Sharia concepts, so they are reflected in the rulings necessarily, the researcher has developed the concepts of jihad and terrorism as a model for studying the substitution that exists between them. This study aims to demonstrate the movement of concepts and provisions inherent to them from the point of order to the side of prohibition, using the historical, analytical, and comparative methods. The researcher has reached a number of results, the most important of which are: that the concepts have four states, namely: variance, overlap, partial substitution, and total substitution, and that there are a number of factors that contributed to their replacement, for example, the semantic development of the concept, the concept affection by the political and cultural surroundings, the manipulation of evidence and expressions and their connotations by the source of rulings. |
