| Abstract | عُنيت هذه الرسالة بدراسة إضافات الماوردي في تفسيره "النكت والعيون"، محاولة الإجابة على أسئلة عدّ ة، أهمّ ها: هل إضافات الماوردي )مبتكرة( لم يُسبق إليها؟ وهل هي إضافات )معتبرة( تابعه عليها أحدٌ من المفسّرين بعده، أم تمّ تجاهلها؟ وإن تمّ تجاهلها، هل لها قيمة علمية ووجاهة معتبرة؟ وللوصول إلى إجابات عن هذه الأسئلة سلكت المنهج الاستقرائيّ لإضافات الماوردي في تفسيره ومجموعة من التّفاسير، والمنهج التّحليليّ؛ لتحليل تلك الإضافات، ثمّ المنهج النّقديّ؛ لمقارنة إضافاته بالأقوال الأخرى؛ لمعرفة وجاهتها، وقيمتها العلميّة، والتّرجيح بينها. اوحتوت الدراسة على مقدمة وتمهيد، وثلاثة فصول وخاتمة؛ فأمّا ال ّمهيد فتناول ترجمة الإمام الماوردي، ومنهجه في تفسيره "النّكت والعيون"، وأمّا الفصول الثلاثة فاشتملت على دراسة إضافات الماوردي من سورة المؤمنون إلى سورة السّجدة، استقراءً وتحليلًا ونقدًا، وقد بلغ مجموع إضافاته في البحث كاملًا ) 60 ( إضافةً ، وأمّا الخاتمة فتضمّنت نتائج أهمها: أنّ ما أضافه الماوردي لا يضاد أقوال سابقيه، بل يكون من باب التّنوّع في المعنى، وأمور أخرى . |

| Alternative Abstract | This study focuses on Al-Mawardi’s Additions in his interpretation “al-Nukat wal-‘Uyun”, with all what it included of ancestors and predecessors sayings and whatever additions mentioned as well. I tried to answer several questions, the most important of which are: Are the Al- Mawardi’s additions are (real) unprecedented? And how relevant are these additions? To answer this question I followed the inductive approach to Al-Mawardi's additions and a set of interpretations; to know who preceded him to those meanings, who followed him later, and the analytical method of analyzing those additions, and to find out the way through which he reached them; Then the critical approach to compare his additions with other sayings to know their relevance, scientific value and make preference out of them all in accordance with the preference rules. The study contained an introduction, preface, three chapters and conclusion, while the preface contained Al-Mawardi’s biography and his methodology as well as stating his sayings and the way of highlighting his additions. The three chapters contained an analytical and critical study of Mawardi’s additions from Al-Moa’menoun “Believers” Sura to Al-Sajda Sura, mentioning that the total of Al-Mawardi’s additions in this research reached to 60. Finally, the conclusion focused Al-Mawardi’s additions do not contradict the positions of precedent scholars; yet, his visions provide a new perspective in understanding the meaning. |
