| Abstract | In this study we review the advantages and disadvantages of 5G networking technology, with a special focus on its impact on individuals and society. We also look at the safety implications of using 5G technology in a wide setting. Qatar has been a pioneer in implementing the 5G technology and some experiences in this area will be discussed. |
