| Abstract | ملخص البحث. هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى استقراء فوائد تعليل الأحكام الشرعية وشرحها وتحليلها والتمثيل لما. وذلك بتتبّع ما قاله الأصوليون والمقاصديّون في هذا الباب وسبره وتحليله وتصنيفه وشرحه. ويرى الباحث حصر هذه الفوائد في ثمان رئيسة: ثلاث منها عامّة للمكلفين والخمس الباقية خاصّة بأهل الاجتهاد. وهذه الفوائد فيما يتعلّق بالعموم هى : حفز المكلفين على امتثال التكليف، وحسن امتثالهم وتطبيقهم له، وزيادة أجرهم على هذا الامتثال. وفيما يتعلّق بأهل النظر والاجتهاد هي: الإلحاق بالقياس والقطع عنه، ورفع العمل بالحكم لزوال علته، والتأثير في دلالة النص بالتعليل، ومعرفة رتبة الحكم ومنزلته, والتمكين من استقراء مقاصد التشريع الخاصة والعامّة. |

| Alternative Abstract | This study aimed at gathering, analyzing, categorizing and explaining the benefits of reasoning of the Islamic Sharia Rulings. The researcher reached at eight basic benefits; three of which general for all Muslims and five are exclusive for Islamic Scholars. These benefits are; for general Muslims: motivation for them to obey the rulings, to make them follow and apply the ruling correctly and to increase their rewards for obeying the ruling. For scholars: to know when to use analogy and when not, to cancel the ruling because of the disappearance of its reason, to know the influence of the reason on the Text denotation, to know the ruling rank and class and to enable them induct the Islamic Sharia special and general objectives. |
