| Abstract | تعنى هذه الرسالة ببيان مدى اعتبار الطوفي بالقواعد الأصولية المتعلقة بدلالات الألفاظ في تفسير النصوص، وقد جاءت لتجيب عن عدة أسئلة من أهمها: ما المراد بالتفسير الأصولي؟ وما ملامح هذا التفسير في تراثه التفسيري؟ وما أثر تفعيله لتلك القواعد على معاني ألفاظ القرآن؟ وقد درس الموضوع من جانبين: الأول: النظري التأصيلي؛ متضمناً التعريف بالطوفي وبتراثه التفسيري، وبالتفسير الأصولي، وملامح هذا التفسير في تراثه التفسيري، والثاني: العملي التطبيقي، وقد تضمن دراسة لنماذج مختارة من تطبيقاته التفسيرية على قواعد الدلالات، المتعلقة: بالحقيقة والمجاز، والظاهر والمؤول، والمجمل والمبين، والمطلق والمقيد. والعام والخاص، والمفهوم. وخلصت الرسالة إلى مجموعة من النتائج، من أبرزها: أن القواعد المتعلقة بباب دلالات الألفاظ التي وظفها الطوفي لصالح التفسير عديدة، بلغت قرابة أربعين قاعدة؛ وتبيّن بعد دراسة بعض النماذج التطبيقية المختارة عليها: دقة الطوفي وسعة علمه وحسن استعانته بها غالباً، وأنه قد أكثر من إيرادها في مصتفه الإشارات الإلهية، ونوّع في دواعي إعمالها على نحو أدى إلى تعدّد آثارها المترتبة على المعاني القرآنية، ومن أهمها: توضيح دلالات تلك المعاني، ودفع الإشكالات عنها، ورد موهم التعارض بينها، واستنباط الهدايات القرآنية منها على تنوّع أبوابها. |

| Alternative Abstract | This thesis cares of stating of the extent to which Al-Ṭwūfī using of the fundamentalist rules related to semantics in the Quranic texts is considered, which came to answer many questions, of which the most significant are: What is meant by the Principles interpretation? What are the features of this interpretation in the interpretive legacy of Al-Ṭwūfī? And what is the effect of activating the semantics rules on Qur'anic meanings? I dealt with the topic of two sides, the first: The fundamental theoretical side, including the definition of Al-Ṭwūfī, his interpretative legacy, Principles interpretation, and features of this interpretation in his interpretative legacy, Secondly: the practical side, including a study of selected forms of the interpretive applications of Al-Ṭwūfī on the semantic rules of expressions related to: al-ḥqiqa and al-majāz, al-ẓẓahir and almu ʾwwl, al-ʾawāmr and al-nnwāhī, al-muṭlaq and al-muqyyd, al-mujmal and almubyyn, mukhṣṣiṣāt al-ʿumūm, and al-mafhūm. The study concluded to most important findings which are: The rules related to the section on the semantics of expressions used by Al-Ṭwūfī for the benefit of interpretation are numerous, amounting to approximately (fourty) rules, and after my study of several selected applied forms, it became clear that: Al-Ṭwūfī’s accuracy his broad knowledge, and his good use of them in general, and that he has mentioned it a lot in his book The divine signs, as he diversified the reasons for using them in a way that led to a multiplicity of the implications of the Quranic meanings. One of the most important of them was: clarifying the connotations of those meanings and preventing the confusion about them. Rejecting the illusion of the contradiction between them, and deducing the Qur'anic guidance from them on the diversity of their sections. |
