| Abstract | تناقش هذه الدراسة موضوعًا في غاية الأهمية يتمثل في دراسة الحوار الحضاري في الخطاب الديني في دولة قطر: وزارة الأوقاف والشؤون الإسلامية نموذجّا، ومدى مساهمة هذا الخطاب في الجهود الرسمية ممثلة في الخطاب السياسي والخطاب الثقافي الساعية لخلق حوار حضاري داخل دولة قطر وبين مكونات المجتمع القطري الذي يتميز بالإضافة إلى مواطنيه الأصليين بوجود تنوع كبير على الصعيد الثقافي والحضاري والديني. وتسعى هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أين يقع الخطاب الديني من هذا المشهد ومدى مساهمته في هذا الهدف،. حيث ناقش الفصل الأول من الدراسة الجهود الرسمية والمؤسسية على جميع الأصعدة الثقافية والسياسية والمؤسسية والتشريعية، والدور المنوط بوزارة الأوقاف والشؤون الإسلامية بوصفها ممثلة للخطاب الديني الرسمي، والتحديات التي تواجه هذه الجهود من خلال دراسة وتحليل هذه النشاطات. أما الفصل الثاني من الدراسة فقد ناقش مؤسسة الخطاب الديني ممثلة في وزارة الأوقاف والشؤون الإسلامية من خلال دراسة استراتيجيتها والإدارات المعنية بالخطاب الديني بوزارة الأوقاف والشؤون الإسلامية ومنطلقات الخطاب الديني في دولة قطر الفكرية وسمات هذا الخطاب وموضوعاته. أما الفصل الثالث فقد تطرقت فيه الدراسة إلى العلاقة بين الخطاب الديني والحوار الحضاري، من خلال دراسة دور الخطاب الديني في التغيير الاجتماعي؛ والحوار الحضاري في الإسلام، كما عرض المبحث الأخير واقع الحوار الحضاري في الخطاب الديني في دولة قطر من خلال البيانات الميدانية ودراسة المحتوى لعّينة من خطب الجمعة والنشاطات المجتمعية والإصدارات المطبوعة الصادرة يشكل مباشر عن وزارة الأوقاف والشؤون الإسلامية. وأخيرًا تستعرض الدراسة النتائج والتوصيات والخاتمة. |

| Alternative Abstract | This study discusses an essential topic of examining the civilizational dialogue of the religious discourse in the State of Qatar: The Ministry of Endowments and Islamic Affairs as a model and the extent to which this speech contributes to official efforts, as reflected in the political and cultural discourse that seeks to create a civilizational dialogue within the State of Qatar and among Qatari Society’s Segments that in addition to its indigenous citizens, it has a wide cultural, civilizational or religious diversity. This study seeks to explore the position of the religious discourse in this context and how much it contributes to this objective. Chapter one of the study discusses official and institutional efforts at all cultural, political, institutional and legislative levels, the role of the Ministry of Endowments and Islamic Affairs as a representative of official religious discourse, and the challenges facing these efforts by examining and criticizing these activities. While the second chapter of the study, discussed the religious discourse institution represented by the Ministry of Endowments and Islamic Affairs through studying its strategy and the departments concerned with the religious discourse in the Ministry of Endowments and Islamic Affairs, the determinants of the religious discourse in the State of Qatar, the intellectual characteristics and themes of this discourse. Chapter three deals with the relationship between religious discourse and cultural dialogue by examining the role of religious discourse in social change and cultural dialogue in Islam. The final chapter also presented the reality of civilizational dialogue of the religious discourse in the State of Qatar through field data and studying the content of a sample of Friday sermons. In addition to community activities, and publications issued directly by the Ministry of Endowments and Islamic Affairs, finally, the study reviews conclusions and final recommendations. |
