| Abstract | يتناول البحث التعريف بالمكانة العلمية للقاضي عياض وبكاتبه الشهير:" الشفا في التعريف بحقوق المصطفى" والذي يُعد من الكتب التأسيسية في مجاله، وهو كتاب ضاهى به عياض كتب دلائل وأعلام النبوة في المشرق الإسلامي، حيث كانت المعركة حامية ضد الاتجاهات المنحرفة والديانات المناوئة للإسلام، في حين خلى المغرب منها، إلا أنه كان يشهد حداثة وضعف رسوخ عند مسلمي البربر في المغرب الأقصى الذي لم يبرأ من علل ظهور فرق وديانات مبتدعة ملفّقة كما هو الحال مع ديانتي برغواطة و حاميم الغماري. ولذلك اتجه مشروع عياض إلى ترسيخ مكانة المصطفى عليه الصلاة والسلام في الدرس العلمي والتوجيهي. نال الكتاب شهرة بين الجزائريين الذين عكفوا على دراسته وإقرائه وشرحه واختصاره، فهو كتاب يضاهي البخاري والموطأ في كثرة المجالس والشروح والقراءة في المولد النبوي الشريف، مما يقود إلى القول بكونه من النصوص التأسيسية للثقافة المالكية الجزائرية. والبحث يرمي إلى الكشف عن معالم هذه المكانة للشفا، والتي كان من نتائجها البارزة ترسيخ السيرة النبوية، وتعميق حبّ الجناب المحمدي، والأدب معه، ومع سنته، ومعرفة حقوقه، والتأسي بأخلاقه، وهو ما أثمر مجتمعا جزائريا متمسكا بهويته الدينية، والتي لم تفلح معها دعوات الانحراف في باقي الأيام. |

| Alternative Abstract | The research deals with the definition of the scientific status of Judge Ayyad and his famous writings: “Al Shifa in the definition of the rights of the Mustafa”, which is one of the founding books in his field, and it is a book comparable to Ayadh, who wrote the signs and flags of the prophethood in the Islamic East, where the battle was fierce against the deviant trends and anti-Islam religions. When Morocco abandoned it, however, it was witnessing modernity among the Muslims of the Berbers in the Far Maghreb, which was not absolved of the ills of the emergence of divine and fabricated religions, as is the case with the religion of Bargata and Hamim El Ghammari. Therefore, Ayyad's project tended to establish the position of Al-Mustafa, peace be upon him, in the scientific and orientation lesson. The book gained fame among the Algerians who worked on studying it, reading it, explaining it and abbreviating it, as it is a book comparable to Al-Bukhari and Al-Muwatta in terms of the abundance of councils, annotations and reading in the Prophet’s birth, which leads to the saying that it is one of the founding texts of the Maliki Algerian culture .The research aims to reveal the features of the status of the Shifa book, whose prominent results were the consolidation of the Prophet’s biography, the deepening of the love of the Janabi Muhammadi, the literature with him, and with his Sunnah, the knowledge of his rights, and the emulation of his morals, which resulted in an Algerian society adhering to its religious identity, that's why the calls for deviation did not succeed later on . |
