| Abstract | يتناول البحث حياة محمد الصالح ابن مهنا القلي القسنطيني الأزهري، وما خلفه من أفكار رائدة وآراء ناهضة، يكاد بها مؤرخو النهضة العلمية في الجزائر يجمعون على ريادته لحركة الإصلاح الديني لما حملته كتاباته وآراءه من جديد غير مأثور في الحياة الثقافية التي هيمن عليها التقليد والحفاظ على الموروث، ولذلك كانت تلك الآراء ناقدة وساخطة على المتداول في الساحات العلمية وعلى قرينتها الساحات الصوفية، والنقد الشديد للتراتبية الطرقية، وبعض تجلياتها السياسية كالثورات الشعبية، ومن تم كانت مركزية الدعوة للتجديد في الدرس العلمي والعملي عند ابن مهنا. كما يتناول البحث أهم القضايا الفكرية التي طرحها مثل موضوع الشرف والشرف، وأولوية العمل على النسب، والموقف من ذيوع السحر والشعوذة عند المغاربة، وتفضيل المشرق على المغرب، والعرب على غيرهم، والموقف من العمل الفقهي الفاسي، والنقد الشديد للوضع التعليمي في الجزائر، فضلا عن النكير على الأوضاع الاجتماعية من شيوع الجهل والبداوة، والنقد للأجهزة العدلية في الجزائر المستعمرة، والذي كلفه محنة مشهورة، كما سنتبين عنده الاعتداد بالعمق المشرقي والإشادة بالتجربة العلمية في تونس ومصر. وسنعتمد المنهج التاريخي في دراسة الآثار، والمنهج التحليلي النقدي في دراسة الأفكار، معتمدين أساسا كتب ابن مهنا. |

Abstract: The research deals with the life of Muhammad Al-Saleh Ibn Muhanna Al-Qali Al-Qasantini Al-Azhari, and the pioneering ideas and rising opinions behind him. By which almost historians of scientific renaissance in Algeria was gathered under his leading movement for religious reform. And for his writings that carried new unusual views in the cultural life which was dominated by tradition and preservation Of heritage .Therefore those views were critical and discontent with the circulating in the scientific arenas and its context the Sufi arenas, and the severe criticism of the hierarchy of Turukiya , in addition to some of its political manifestations such as the popular revolutions, Which was central to the call for renewal in the scientific and practical lesson of Ibn Muhanna. The research also deals with the most important intellectual issues that he presented such as the issue of honor and honor, the priority of work over lineage, the attitude on the prevalence of magic and sorcery among Moroccans, the preference of the East over West, and Arabs over others, the attitude on jurisprudential work, the severe criticism of the educational situation in Algeria, The denial of social conditions in the prevalence of ignorance, and nomadism, as well as the criticism of the justice apparatus in the colonial Algeria, which cost him a famous ordeal, as we will through him show the appreciation of the oriental depth and praise of the scientific experience in Tunisia and Egypt. We will adopt the historical method in the study of archeology, and the critical analytical method in the study of ideas, mainly adopting Ibn Muhanna books |
