| Abstract | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أوجه التطابق والاختلاف حول المركز الدستوري لولي العهد في النظام الدستوري الأردني، بدراسة مقارنة مع الدستورين الكويتي والقطري. وقد أوضحنا فيها كافّة الأحكام الدستورية المتعلقة بالتعيين في هذا المركز الدستوري، من حيث شروط تولي هذا المركز، والاختصاصات التي يمارسها؛ وفقًا لأحكام الدستور. حيث عززت النصوص الدستورية في النظامين الدستوريين القطري والكويتي من المركز الدستورية لولي العهد، باعتباره رئيس الدولة مستقبلًا، سواء من حيث الكيفية الدستورية للتعيين، أو الاختصاصات التي يمارسها، على خلاف الدستور الأردني الذي لم يفصل في تلك الأحكام باستثناء صلاحية الملك بتعيينه. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج والتوصيات، أهمها؛ ضرورة تعزيز المركز الدستوري لولي العهد في النظام الدستوري الأردني من خلال (إدخال بعض الأحكام على الدستور الأردني، التي من شأنها تعزيز المركز الدستوري لولي العهد، من خلال تحديد اختصاصاته الدستورية). |

| Alternative Abstract | This study aims to identify aspects of congruence and differences about the constitutional status of the Crown Prince in the Jordanian constitutional system through a comparative study with the Kuwaiti and the Qatari constitutions. The constitutional Provision in the Qatari and Kuwaiti constitutional systems strengthened the constitutional status of the Crown Prince as a future head of state, both in terms of the constitutional manner of appointment and competences the Crown Prince exercises, unlike the Jordanian constitutional, which did not stipulate those provisions expect for the Kings authority to appoint him. The study concluded with a number of findings and recommendations, the most important of which is the necessity to enhance the constitutional states of the Crown Prince in the Jordanian constitutional system through a constitutional amendment to article 28 of the constitutional competences that can be practiced. |
