| Abstract | أهداف البحث: يهدف البحث إلى التعريف بالقاعدة النورانية، وبيان دورها في تَعَلُّم مبادئ القراءة والكتابة العربية الصحيحة، بغية تمكين المتعلم من اكتساب المهارات اللغوية المستهدفة؛ كالسماع، والقراءة، والكتابة. منهج الدراسة: اعتُمِد المنهج التاريخي، والوصفي التحليلي، والمنهج المقارن، والنقدي التقويمي، في تَتَبُّع منهجية التعليم القرآني في دولة قطر، وتحليل آثارها. النتائج: العمل على تطوير المنهج التعليمي – المبني على القاعدة النورانية- في مراكز التحفيظ بدولة قطر، بما يتناسب ومتطلبات الواقع المعيش بوسائله المتنوعة؛ لمواجهة العولمة الثقافية العابرة للحدود؛ حفاظًا على الهُوية الإسلامية. أصالة البحث: قدَّم البحث دراسة جادَّة في منهجية التعليم القرآني المعاصر من خلال نقد علمي موضوعي للقاعدة النورانية، مساهمة في تحسين وتطوير مناهج مراكز التحفيظ. |

| Alternative Abstract | Purpose: Definition and identification of the role of Noorani Qaida, when learning the principles of Arabic reading and writing in order to enable the learner of acquiring the targeted linguistic skills. These skills include listening, reading and writing. Methodology: This research paper has adopted the historical, descriptive, analytical and comparative approaches in tracking and analyzing the impact of the Quranic learning approach in Qatar. Findings: The necessity of working to promote the role of the memorization centers and to develop its educational approach represented in the Noorani Qaida in a way compatible with the requirements of this era in order to face the sweeping globalization and to preserve the Islamic Identity. Originality: This research has provided a study on contemporary Quranic learning approach through objective scholarly criticism of Noorani Qaida to further improve and upgrade applied approaches in the centers of memorization. |
