| Abstract | اختلف أهل العلم في حجية آراء الصحابة – رضوان الله عليهم – في المسائل الفقهية، وقد تناول الباحث حجية آرائهم وأثرها على مذهب الإمام أحمد في فقه الجهاد، وذلك باستقراء مواضع استدلاله بآرائهم في أبواب الجهاد، وبيان مدى حجيتها لديه، فتعرض الباحث لدراسة حجية مذهب الصحابي من حيث تعريف مفرداته وبيان آراء العلماء وأدلتهم في حجيته وبيان الراجح منها، ثم ذكر المسائل التي استدل الإمام أحمد فيها بآراء الصحابة في أبواب الجهاد، وذكر أقوال الفقهاء في المسألة وأدلتهم ومناقشتها، ثم انتهى بذكر رأي الباحث في المسألة، وقد توصل الباحث إلى احتجاج الإمام أحمد بمذهب الصحابي واستدلاله به في مسائل متعددة في أبواب الجهاد، ولاحظ أن أكثر استدلاله كان بآراء عمر بن الخطاب – رضي الله عنه - ويميل إليها كثيرا، وأن أغلب ما احتج به من آراء الصحابة كان موافقا لنصوص الكتاب والسنة، وقد أوصى الباحث بمزيد عناية بأقوال وأفعال الصحابة وتتبعها في جميع فروع الفقه الإسلامي، لأن فيها فهما عميقا لنصوص الكتاب والسنة، وموردا خصبا للمسائل والنوازل. |

| Alternative Abstract | The scholars differed regarding the authenticity of the opinions of the Companions, may Allah be pleased with them, in jurisprudential issues. The researcher dealt with the authenticity of their opinions and their impact on the doctrine of Imam Ahmad in the jurisprudence of jihad, by examining the places where he inferred their opinions in the chapters of jihad, and indicating the extent of their authenticity to him. So the researcher presented a study of the authenticity of the Companion’s doctrine in terms of defining its vocabulary and clarifying the opinions of scholars and their evidence in his argument and clarifying the most correct of them. Then, he mentioned the issues in which Imam Ahmed inferred the opinions of the companions in the chapters of jihad, and he mentioned the sayings of the scholars on the issue and their evidence and discussion. Finally, he ended by mentioning the researcher’s opinion in the issue. The researcher concluded Imam Ahmad’s protest to the companion’s doctrine and his inference with it in several issues in the chapters of jihad. He also noticed that most of Imam Ahmad’s inference was the opinion of Omar Ibn Al-Khattab, may God be pleased with him, and he was very inclined to it. In addition, most of the opinions of the companions were in accordance with the texts of Quran and Sunnah. The researcher recommended more attention to the sayings and deeds of the Companions and to follow them in all branches of Islamic jurisprudence, because it contains a deep understanding of the texts of Quran and Sunnah, and is considered a rich resource for issues and calamities. |
