| Abstract | تناولت هذه الدراسة إشكالية الحوار الديني عند ابن حزم، وسعت إلى التعرف على الجوانب الموضوعية والذاتية في دراسة ابن حزم الظاهري لليهودية والنصرانية، وتحديد المنطلقات الدينية والعقلية التي بنى عليها حواره معهم، وبيان أهداف ذلك الحوار، وتحديد منهجه في الحوار معهم. وقد جاءت هذه الدراسة في مقدمة وثلاثة فصول وخاتمة؛ تعرضت في الفصل التمهيدي لمنهجه في دراسة اليهودية والنصرانية، وتناولت في الفصل الأول مناظراته مع أهل الكتاب، ثم تحدثت في الفصل الثاني عن منطلقات الحوار عند ابن حزم وتقييم منهجه؛ واعتمدت الدراسة على أريعة مناهج بحثية، هي: المنهج التاريخي، والمنهج الوصفي التحليلي؛ والمنهج النفدي، والمنهج المقارن. وانتهت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج، من أبرزها: أن ابن حزم ركز في دراسته لليهودية والنصرانية على نقد كتبهم المقدسة، وأثبت أنها مُحرّفة وليست من عند الله تعالى؛ وأن هدفه من حواره معهم دعوتهم للإسلام، وبينت الدراسة أن أصول منهجه في درلستهم تجلّت في حرصه على الوقوف على مصادرهم، واتقطاع السند، وفساد متن الكتب المقدسة. كما أثبتت الدراسة أن الموضوعية عنده تجلت في عرضه لوجيات النظر المختلفة دون إقصاء للآخرين، أما الذاتية فظهرت في خطابه المخلوط بعبارات شديدة في نقد اليهود أو النصارى . |

| Alternative Abstract | This study addressed the problematic of Religious Dialogue by Ibn Hazm. It sought to identify the objective and subjective aspects of the study by Imam Ibn Hazm of Judaism and Christianity. As it attempted to Identify the religious and mental perspectives on which his dialogue with them was based, and indicating the objectives of that dialogue, together with, defining his approach to dialogue with them. This study consists of an introduction, three chapters and a conclusion. In the introductory chapter, I was exposed to his approach to studying Judaism and Christianity. In the first chapter, I discussed his debates with the People of the Book. Then, in the second chapter, I spoke about Ibn Hazm's dialogue principles and evaluation of his approach.The study relied on Four research approaches: The Historical Method, The Analytical descriptive Method, The Critical Method, The Comparative approaches Method. The study concluded with a set of results; most notably that: Ibn Hazm, in his study of Judaism and Christianity, focused on criticism of the sacred books. And proved that they were distorted and not by Allah –The Almighty- . Also, the purpose of his dialogue with them was to invite them to Islam. The study showed that the origins of his curriculum in the study of Judaism and Christianity were determined for their sources, his focus on the critique of the broken chain narration and the corruption of actual text of the sacred Scriptures. The study proved that his objectivity was reflected in his presentation of different points of view without exclusion of others. But his subjectivity reflected in speech mixed with harsh phrases in criticism of Jews or Christians. |
