| Abstract | التعصب المذهبي مرفوض مبدئيا وعلميا ، ولا اعتداد بما يصدر عن المتعصبين الكلام في الرواة في ميدان رواية الحديث، لذا وجدنا أئمة الحديث يشترطون تفسير جرح الرواة وبيانه كي يوقف على حقيقته، فربّ جرح في الراوي لما فُسّر تبيّن أنه عن تعصب لم يؤسس على الموضوعية والتجرد، وقد ردّوا أحكامًا كثيرة بهذا السبب. والبحث الذي بين أيدينا يعالج قضية التعصب المذهبي وأثره في نقد الرواة، وقد آثرت أن أخص بالدراسة والتحليل والمناقشة ما كتبه العلامة . محمد زاهد الكوثري رحمه الله في هذا الباب. وقد تناول البحث جملة من القضايا من خلال ما كتبه - رحمه الله- واعتمدت في مناقشته على ما حرره العالمان أحمد الغماري والمعلمي في ردودهما، وخلصت إلى نتيجة أن ، منهج الشيخ الكوثري في تناوله لرواة الأخبار المسيئة للإمام أبي حنيفة مطعون فيهم - عنده، وليسوا بحجة في الرواية، وهذا يتطلب بحثا، وهو ما دعاني لدراسة هذا الموضوع دراسة تحليلية نقدي. |

| Alternative Abstract | Doctrinal fanaticism is not acceptable morally and scientifically. It has no consideration for what fanatics say about the narrators in the field of hadith narration. Therefore, the imams of hadith require, in the case of narrators evaluation, a justification and clarification of such evaluation in order to validate its credibility. That is perhaps a negative evaluation of a narrator, turned out to be fanatic, non-objective and impartial, after verification. Accordingly, many judgments were rejected for this reason. The present research deals with the issue of doctrinal fanaticism and its impact on criticizing the narrators. In this regard, the researcher focuses on the analysis and discussion of what Muhammad Zahid al-Kawthari, wrote in this case and the related issues in his writings. Moreover, the researcher relied in his analysis and discussion on the responses of two scholars’ responses to al-Kawthari; namely Ahmed al-Ghumari and al-Moalimi. As result of the analysis and discussion, the paper found that Sheikh Al-Kawthari’s approach in dealing with the narrators of the offensive narrations on Imam Abu Hanifa challenged their credibility. He considered their narrations unauthentic, the case, which needs a study. Accordingly, this encouraged me to undertake an analytical and critical study of it. |
