| Abstract | يسعى هذا البحث إلى دراسة السنة النبوية في ضوء الحقائق العلمية. فهو يسعى إلى مناقشة ما دار بين العلماء من جدل حول مشروعية التفسير العلمي، معتمدا المنهج التحليلي الاستنباطي. ويخلص البحث إلى أن مشكلة الادعاء على النص من أعقد الإشكالات الواردة على التفسير العلمي للنصوص الشرعية، ويؤكد أن استحضار أقل فهم المخاطبين العرب وقت نزول الوحى وتتابعه شرط ضروري؛ كي لا يسمح .بأية تأويلات تبالغ فتتجاوز حدود دلالة النص أو تكل منه فلا تحترم هيمنته، فتقصر بدلالته عن أقل درجاتها ومراتبها وتعطل طاقاته المعهودة. ويتجه جمهور علماء الحديث إلى أن الحديث إذا عبر مراحل الاختبار والفحص الروائي أخذ أثره ولم يفتقر إلى شهادة من خارج الرواية تشهد لصدقها؛ ويرى بعض العلماء أن الحديث الصحيح لا يتعارض مع المعقول الصريح وأنه لم يصح عند العلماء إلا لخلوه عما يخالف المعقول، وأنه لا يمكن رده ومعارضته بالأدلة العلمية الظنية، لكن القاعدة أنه إذا تعارض المقطوع والمظنون قدم المقطوع، وحمل المظنون على موافقته، بوجه معتبر. |

| Alternative Abstract | This research endeavors to study Sunnah and investigation of scientific truths. It discusses the debate raised on scientific interpretation. It hinges upon the analytical deductive method. The study concludes that baseless claims on the scripture are the critical problems that occur with scientific interpretations. The study maintains that presenting the basic understandings of the Arab who were addressed by the Sunnah is an indispensible condition so that any interpretation falls without its limits and usual boundaries cannot be allowed. According to Majority's school, a Sunnah when established by authentic ways of narration will take effect and does not need supports from otherwise sources. However, to some scholars a Hadith should not contradict evident rational proofs. The study maintains that a Hadith cannot be nullified nor can be refuted based on speculative scientific investigations. Contrarily, if the scientific investigation is decisive and the Hadith does not admit to an acceptable interpretation, then the definitive evidence prevails over the speculative one in incidence of the conflict. |
