| Abstract | هدفت الرسالة إلى بيان أحكام المستجدات الفقهية في مسألة الجوائز التشجيعية في المصارف الإسلامية واختلاف المتأخرين فيها؛ وبيان آثارها على المجتمع من منظور مقاصدي: مقصدَي الدين والمال، ومن خلال الاستبانة توصَّلتُ إلى خلاصة ما يعتقده العامّة تجاه معاملات المصارف الإسلامية، ومدى تأثرهم بالإعلانات الترويجية للجوائز التشجيعية التي تطرحها المصارف الإسلامية على حسابات التوفير والعروض التمويلية. تكوَّنت الدراسة من: مقدمة وأربعةِ فصول، في الفصل الأول التعريف بمقصد الدين والمال والجوائز التشجيعية في المصارف الإسلامية، وناقش الفصل الثاني حكم الجوائز التشجيعية على حسابات التوفير وعروض التمويل، مع عرض الأدلة، وبيان الأثر المترتب على الاختلاف والترجيح، وتناول الفصل الثالث أثر مقصدَي الدين والمال على الجوائز التشجيعية في حسابات التوفير وعروض التمويل، وخُتمت الدراسة بالفصل الرابع، وفيه بيان أثر الإعلانات الترويجية للجوائز التشجيعية؛ إسقاطًا على عروض وإعلانات مصرف قطر الإسلامي، وكذلك تحليل مدى تأثر الشباب القطري بالإعلانات الترويجية للجوائز التشجيعية وتقييمه. وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن الجوائز التشجيعية على حسابات التوفير والعروض التمويلية في المصارف الإسلامية تشجِّع الشباب القطري على الادخار والحصول على التمويل، مما يمنحه فرصة الخوض غمار الاستثمار في مجالات اقتصادية متنوعة. بناء على نتائج الدراسة قدمت الباحثة التوصيات التي تؤكد على دور المؤسسات المالية في تشجيع الشباب على الادخار أو التمويل الاستثماري مما يبرز المسؤولية الاجتماعية والمجتمعية التي تقع على عاتق المؤسسات المالية. |

| Alternative Abstract | The thesis aimed to clarify the rules and regulations of the jurisprudential changes in the issue of incentives awards in Islamic banks and the difference of the contemporary jurists in addition to reporting its effects on society from the perspective of my purposes: the purposes of debit and money. Through the questionnaire; I reached a summary of what the community believes about the Islamic banks’ transactions and the extent to which customers are affected by the promotional advertisements for the incentive prizes offered by Islamic banks on savings accounts and financing offers. The study consisted of an introduction and four chapters. The first chapter contains the definition of the purpose of the debit, money and incentive awards in Islamic banks. The second chapter explained The second chapter discussed the rules and regulations of the incentive awards on saving accounts and financing offers side by side with presenting the evidence and clarifying the impact of the difference and weighting. The third chapter dealt with and illuminated the impact of debt and money on incentive prizes of the saving accounts and financing offers. The study concluded with the fourth chapter focusing on explaining the effect of the promotional advertisements for the incentive prize according to the offers and advertisements of Qatar Islamic Bank. In addition, this chapter included the analysis and evaluation of the extent to which Qatari youth have been affected by promotional advertisements of the incentive prizes and their evaluation of these advertisements as well. The results of the study exposed that the incentive prizes of the saving accounts and financing offers in Islamic banks encourage and inspire Qatari youth to save and attain financing which will give them the great opportunity to get involved in investment in countless economic fields. Based on the results of the study, the researcher made her recommendations that emphasize and highlight the role of financial institutions in encouraging young people to save or invest in financing. This highlights the social and community responsibility of financial institutions. |
