| Abstract | يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة نظرية تاريخيّة النص الديني ومحدِّداتها الأساسيّة في الفكر الغربي، ومناقشة هذه النظرية في ضوء قاعدة "العبرة بعموم اللفظ، لا بخصوص السبب" عند علماء أصول الفقه؛ لبيان أوجه الاتفاق والاختلاف بين الفكر الإسلامي والفكر الغربي فيما يتعلق بهذه النظرية وتفاصيلها، والبحث عن مدى إمكانية تطبيقها على النصوص الشرعية الإسلامية. وقد اعتمد الباحث في إعداد هذا البحث على عدة مناهج علمية، منها: المنهج الاستقرائي، والمنهج التحليلي. وتوصل إلى نتائج قيمة، من أهمها: أن هذه النظرية -بمحدداتها الفكرية الغربية- تتعارض مع قطعيات الإسلام؛ لذا لا يمكن تطبيقها على النصوص الشرعية الإسلامية. |

| Alternative Abstract | The research paper aims to study the theory of the historicism and it’s basic determinants in Western thought and to discuss this theory in the light of the jurisprudential rule of “the meaning of an Islamic text understands through the generalized meaning of its words, not the specific reason it was revealed upon”. To clarify the points of agreement and disagreement between Islamic and Western thoughts with regard to this theory, and to look for the extent of it’s application to the Text of Holy Quran and Sunnah. The researcher relied on several scientific methods, including the inductive, analytical and critical method, and reached to the conclusion that Historicism with its Western intellectual determinants is not appropriate to apply on Islamic context, because it opposes the fundamental determinants of Islamic thought. |
