| Abstract | تنبثق منظومة القيم الإسلامية من تلك الأسس العقدية التي تشكل قاعدة البناء الإسلامي: التوحيد والنبوّة والمعاد، وتتعاضد معها في تكوين صورة المجتمع المسلم وهويّته المميّزة له، وفق معايير تتسم بالثبات والوضوح والعموم إن الأسس العقدية التي تمثّل أساس الدين (الملّة) لا يمكن فصلها بحال عن الأسس القيمية التي تمثل الأساس التكويني والتقويمي للمجتمع (الأمّة) ومن ثمّ كان القرآن المكي ينزل بهما معا دون أي فاصل زمني وكما أن الدين فيه أصول وفروع، واختصاصات ومجالات متنوعة عقيدة وشريعة وأخلاقا، فإن القيم وهي المنبثقة من الدين فيها أيضا أصول وفروع، ومعايير مختلفة بحسب المجال الذي تتحرك فيه بدءا من القيم المعنية بأداء الفرد والأسرة حتى القيم المعنية بأداء المؤسسات المختلفة وصولا إلى القيم المعنية بأداء الدولة ومهامها الكبرى |

| Alternative Abstract | Islamic values system emerges from these nodal bases that make up the base construction of the Islamic Tawhid prophethood and recycled, and mutually supportive with the formation of the image of the Muslim community and its distinct identity to him, according to the standards characterized by stability, clarity and House of Commons.The doctrine foundations that represent the basis of religion (Almillah) can not be separated under any circumstances from the foundations of value, which represents the construction bases and Osteopathic foundation of the community (Ummah) and then the Koran of Mecca come down with them together without any time interval. Just as the religion in which there are assets and branches, and the terms of reference and areas of a variety of theology , law and morals, the values which are derived from the religion have assets and branches and different standards depending on the domain that is moving through, starting from the values which are concerned with the performance of the individual and the family reaching to the performance of various institutions including the values concerned to the relevant performance values of the State and its major tasks. |
