| الملخص | هناك قيم إنسانية عديدة ومتنوعة مثل القيم الأخلاقية والاجتماعية، يهدف هذا البحث الى دراسة قيم حق الحياة والتسامح والتعارف في الأديان الكتابية وانعكاساتها في كتابة الوثائق العالمية المؤسسة الحوار الحضارات من خلال إبراز النصوص المقدسة لكل قيمة بين الأديان والوثائق الدولية مثل الإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان 1948م، ومبادرة الرئيس الإيراني السابق محمد خاتمي 1998م، ومقترح رئيس الحكومة الإسبانية 2004م، ومخرجات ملتقى القيم المشتركة بين أتباع الأديان 2022م، ووثيقة الأخوة الإنسانية 2019م. وتكمن أهمية هذا البحث في سعيه إلى تحليل الوثائق الأممية الخاصة بحوار الحضارات من منظور القيم المشتركة بين الأديان، بسبب مكانة الدين في تشكيل التصورات والقناعات والسلوكيات، وأن عدم احترامها يشعل الصراعات بين الشعوب، وفي المقابل فإن احترامها يعزز من ثقافة العيش المشترك وإثراء التنوع وحرية الرأي والمعتقد، ويهدف البحث الى تحرير دلالات القيم المشتركة بين الأديان الإبراهيمية، والتعرف على مكانتها في تعزيز ثقافات الحوار بين الشعوب المختلفة، وإبراز مركزية المرجعيات الدينية في رسم تشريعات السلم وقيم الحوار الحضاري. واقتضت الدراسة اتباع المنهج التحليلي والمنهج الاستقرائي حيث يعمل المنهج التحليلي في دراسة الوثائق الإقليمية والدولية المشار إليها أعلاه، لوصف وتحليل ما تتضمنه من مفاهيم وقيم وسياسات واستراتيجيات للحوار بين الحضارات، وتتبع الباحثة - ذلك كله باستقراء قيم الحياة، والتسامح والتعارف من مظانها الدينية الكتابية تقييماً لأثرها في تلك الوثائق. ويجيب البحث عن سؤالين هما : ما الأصول الدينية المؤسسة لحماية قيم: الحياة، والتسامح والتعارف في الأديان الكتابية؟ وكيف عالجت الوثائق الأممية والإقليمية المؤسسية لحوار الحضارات والأديان تلك القيم ذاتها ، قيم الحياة، والتسامح، والتعارف؟ وقد انتهت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها: أن الإسلام هو الدين الوحيد الذي شمل القيم الثلاث، وحافظ عليها بنصوصه الدينية، وشهد تاريخ المسلمين بتطبيقهم لهذه القيم، وأوصت بتفعيل الحوار الفعال ودعوة المؤسسات الدينية والسلطات الحكومية بنشر خطاب التعايش السلمي وتنشئة الأجيال الجديدة في المراحل الدراسية المتقدمة على ثقافة التعايش السلمي واحترام الآخر . |

| الملخص البديل | This research aims to study the values of the right to live, tolerance, and acquaintance in scriptural religions and their implications in international conventions establishing the dialogue of civilizations, by highlighting the sacred texts for each value and comparing them between religions and international documents such as the Universal Declaration of Human Rights 1948, the initiative of former Iranian President Mohammad Khatami 1998, the proposal of the president of the government of Spain 2004, the outcomes of the Interfaith Shared Values Forum 2022 and the human fraternity document 2019. The importance of this research lies in its attempt to analyze the international documents on the dialogue of civilizations from the perspective of common values between religions, because of the place of religion in shaping perceptions, convictions, and behaviors, and that not respecting them ignites conflicts between nations, and in return, respecting them enhances the culture of coexistence and enriches diversity and freedom of opinion and belief. The research aims to redact the connotations of common values between scriptural religions, identify the importance of their values in promoting dialogue culture between different nations, and highlight the centrality of religious references in shaping peace legislation and the values of civilizational dialogue. The study required following the content analysis approach and the inductive approach, where the content analysis approach is used in studying the regional and international documents referred to above, to describe and analyze the concepts, values, policies, and strategies they contain for dialogue between civilizations. The researcher follows all of this by extrapolating the values: the right to live, tolerance and acquaintance, with their scriptural religious meanings, in order to evaluate their impact on those documents. The research answers two questions: What are the religious principles established to protect the values: the right to live, tolerance, and acquaintance in the scriptural religions? And how did the international and regional institutional documents for the dialogue of civilizations and religions address those same values, the values: the right to live, tolerance, and acquaintance ? The study has concluded several important results, the most important of which are: that Islam is the only religion that encompasses the three values, and has preserved them through its religious texts, and the history of Muslims witnessed their application of these values. It recommended activating effective dialogue and inviting religious institutions and government authorities to promote the discourse of peaceful coexistence and to educate the new generations in early educational stages on the culture of peaceful living and respect for others. |
