| Abstract | في هذه الأطروحة، عمد الباحث إلى تبيين وظيفة الحوار والقانون وأثرهم على المجتمع القطري في مسألة التصدي الظاهرة العنف الأسري، وهل هنالك ارتباط بين الحوار والقانون لتحقيق هذا الغرض ؟ استخدم الباحث من أجل الوصول إلى ذلك منهجين رئيسين للبحث وهما المنهج الوصفي من خلال وصف دور الحوار والقانون من الناحية الاجتماعية، ومن ثم وصف دورهما بدقة في مواجهة العنف الأسري، والمنهج الاستقرائي: وذلك من خلال استقراء نصوص المواثيق الدولية والمواد القانونية القطرية التي تكفل حماية الأسرة من فتك العنف الأسري بها. خلص الباحث إلى الدور الفعال للحوار والقانون في دعم تنمية المجتمع، ووقف على أن الحوار يستمد إلزاميته من النصوص القانونية، ورؤية قطر للتنمية 2030، وأن الحوار يؤدي لمناقشة النصوص القانونية واقتراحها، ووجد الباحث فائدة هذا الدور في مواجهة العنف الأسري؛ وذلك من خلال قيام المراكز المدنية الداعمة للحوار بدورها في تثقيف المجتمع بشأن ظاهرة العنف الأسري، ووجود نصوص قانونية تجرم العنف في الأسرة، ودور المؤسسات العامة والقضائية بهذا الشأن |

| Alternative Abstract | In this thesis, the researcher sought to explain the function of dialogue and law and their impact on society in confronting the phenomenon of domestic violence. Is there a connection between dialogue and law to achieve this purpose? To achieve this, the researcher used two main research approaches: the descriptive approach: by describing the role of dialogue and law from a social perspective and then accurately describing their role in confronting domestic violence, and the inductive approach: by extrapolating the texts of international conventions and Qatari legal materials that guarantee Protecting the family from the devastating effects of domestic violence. The researcher concluded the effective role of dialogue and law in supporting community development and concluded that dialogue derives its obligation from legal texts and the Qatar Development Vision 2030, and that dialogue leads to discussing and proposing legal texts. The researcher found the benefit of this role in confronting domestic violence, through the establishment of civic center’s Supporting dialogue is responsible for its role in educating society about the phenomenon of domestic violence, the existence of legal texts criminalizing violence in the family, and the role of public and judicial institutions in this regard. |
