| Abstract | يتناول هذا البحث دراسة مدى تأثير الأوصاف المعاصرة في ثمن المبيع، من خلال رسم الإطار التأصيلي لمفهوم الأوصاف وصورها وتقسيماتها وشروطها، ثم تنزيل هذا الإطار على الصور المعاصرة محل الدراسة واختبارها بضوابط المنفعة والرغبة والتبعية للمبيع التي اقترحها الباحث بغية الوقوف على حكمها الشرعي. وختم البحث بالمعايير التقييمية: المقاصدية والفقهية والاقتصادية التي توافقت على منع مثل هذه الممارسات المالية التي تسهم في إضاعة المال، وتبديد الثروة، وتشجيع الاستهلاك والترف على حساب الإنتاجية وخدمة الأمة ونصرة قضاياها. الكلمات المفتاحية: الأوصاف المعاصرة، المبيع، الثمن، الترف، الإنتاجية. |

| Alternative Abstract | This research deals with the study of the effect of contemporary descriptions on the price of the sold, by drawing the original framework for the concept of descriptions, their images, divisions and conditions, and then applying this framework to the contemporary images under study and testing them with the controls of benefit, desire and dependence on the sale proposed by the researcher in order to stand on its legal ruling. The research concluded with the evaluative criteria: purposes, jurisprudence, and economics that agreed to prevent such financial practices that contribute to wasting money, squandering wealth, and encouraging consumption and luxury at the expense of productivity, serving the nation, and championing its causes. |
