| الملخص | يهدف هذا البحث إلى بيان مفهوم اللقب والتعليل بالاسم وموقف العلماء منهما ومن ثمّ تحديد العلاقة بينهما في الدّرس الأصولي من حيث الاتفاق والافتراق؛ وذلك من خلال محاور أساسية تتمثل في الآتي: أ ـ بيان حقيقتهما ب ـ موقف العلماء من الاحتجاج بهما ج ـ تحديد العلاقة بينهما ولمعالجة ذلك تم الدمج بين المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي لأنهما كفيلان بتحقيق المقصود من هذه الدراسة، من حيث الرصد والإحكام والعرض والتحليل فالتقرير. وقد خلص البحث إلى جملة نتائج أهمها: التقارب الشديد بين المصطلحين خاصة من حيث التوظيف والإعمال في تقرير الأحكام الاضطراب في النقل والاختيار في خصوص المصطلحين. |
