    Abstract
Serious consideration of a circular economic system is imperative today and for the future. The world's future visions aim to promote a transition from a traditional linear economy based on wasteful and resource-depleting practices, with uncontrolled consumption and increasing production of waste and emissions, to a circular economic system. This system requires significant cooperation between various parties to achieve long-term value for the environment through adapting practices that maximize the use of available resources efficiently and for as long as possible. This circular approach involves creating products designed for easy reuse, repair, and recycling to encourage sustainability in production and consumption, ultimately reducing waste and pollution. Thus, the involvement of educational and academic staff in creating an environment that enhances creativity and innovation for tomorrow's generation is crucial. This generation will represent the human force well-equipped with the necessary renewed mindset, abilities, skills, and experience to take the initiative and confidently drive the shift towards circularity and resource management based on (1) continuous fruitful training, (2) sustainable development, and (3) modernizing the industry and effectively managing the developments and challenges of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. This will be to keep pace with the global trend towards promoting environmental awareness and encouraging entrepreneurship with its positive aspects. Consequently, investing in humans is what is going to shape this planet's sustainable circular future.
