Abstract | In the present work, the ethyl-1-(hydroxymethyl)-5-methy-3-carboxylatel pyrazole)NNOH(polydentate ligand was used to synthesize a new trans-Cl2Cu(NNOH)2 complex via one-port microwave short procedure using water medium with no side products. The complex composition was analyzed based on FT-IR, UV-Vis, CHN-EA and EDX. Its crystal structure was determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. Hirshfeld surface analysis (HSA) and two-dimension figure-print (2D-FP) for the complex have been performed. The antibacterial activities were investigated using four types of gram-negative and gram-positive bacteria. Furthermore, the antifungal activities were evaluated using four types of fungi. |
