| Abstract | يهدف هذا البحث الى مقاربة مراسلات أبي جعفر المنصور (ت 158/775) والنفس الزكية (ت145/762) في ضوء منهج تحليل الخطاب. ويبين البحث أن نصوص هذه المراسلات تشيع فيها المستويات السجالية الدائرة حول حق كل طرف في وراثة البيت النبوي. يعمد كل طرف من طرفي السجال إلى إنتاج أطروحة سجالية وجيهة والعمل على الدفاع عنها، من جهة، والقيام بتقويض أطروحة الطرف الآخر ودحضها، من جهة أخرى. ويتم ذلك ضمن ممارسة ،تأويلية وحجاجية لا تخلو من الإكراهات والعنف ولا تنجو من المغالطات والإقصاء، حيث يعبر عن إرادة جمهورين واسعين يحضران بوصفهما فاعلين خطابيين مضمرين. ولإنجاز هذه المقاربة سار البحث في ثلاثة مسارب متلاقية: (1) إنتاج الخطاب السجالي وسياقاته التداولية، بما في ذلك السياق التاريخي للنصوص بوصفها أحداثا خطابية وأدوار منتجي الخطاب؛ (2) البناء النصي وتركيب الخطاب ودلالاته، ويندرج فيه نوع النصوص وموضوعها وأدواتها الإبلاغية وإحالاتها النصية؛ (3) وظائف الخطاب وأهدافه وما يسعى الى تحقيقه من استجابات. |

| Alternative Abstract | This study employs various discourse analysis strategies to examine the correspondence between Abū Jaʿfar al-Manṣūr (d. 158/775) and Muḥammad al-Nafs alZakiyya (d. 145/762). It shows that these exchanges abounded with arguments centering mostly on the succession to Prophet Muḥammad. Each party produced a substantial argument, defended it, and refuted sharply, if selectively, the other’s argument, resulting in a thesis full of exclusions, fallacy, and prejudice, while simultaneously representing the will and beliefs of the two contesting parties. The study opts to examine these exchanges in three intersecting realms. The first considers the argumentative discourse and its pragmatic contexts, including the roles of the discourse producers; the second is the structure of the discourse itself and its meanings, including the type of the text, its themes, rhetorical devices, and references; while the third is the function of the discourse and the impact it seeks to achieve. |
