| Abstract | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التطرق لموضوع العصر وهو التنظيمات الإرهابية"، ومن أبرز أمثلتها في الوقت هو تنظيم "داعش" الإرهابي، إذ انتشرت التنظيمات الإرهابية بشكل كبير في هذا العصر، وأصبح لديها جيوش ومقاتلون، بالإضافة إلى أن لديها أعضاء يمتازون بالخبرة والكفاءة العالية، كما ازدادت خطورتها بسبب ارتباطها بالدين واستغلال جهل الكثير من الشباب لتجنيدهم. لذلك تعد التنظيمات الإرهابية من أخطر الظواهر التي تهدد أمن المجتمعات وسلامتها، وتعوق تطورها، وتعطل مشروعاتها التنموية، وتدمر الممتلكات العامة والخاصة وتروع الآمنين وأصبح الإرهاب قادراً على استخدام أسلحة متطورة بما فيها أسلحة الدمار الشامل، من أجل ذلك لجأ المجتمع الدولي إلى مواجهة هذه التنظيمات الإرهابية بتجريم أفعالها وملاحقة مرتكبيها سواء أكان ذلك على صعيد الاتفاقيات الدولية أم من خلال التشريعات الوطنية. |

| Alternative Abstract | This study aims to address the contemporary topic of "terrorist organizations," the most prominent example of which is the terrorist organization "ISIS." Terrorist organizations have spread widely in this era, possessing armies and fighters, in addition to having highly experienced and competent members. Their danger has also increased due to their association with religion and their exploitation of the ignorance of many young people to recruit them. Therefore, terrorist organizations are among the most dangerous phenomena that threaten the security and safety of societies, hinder their development, disrupt their development projects, destroy public and private property, and terrorize the innocent. Terrorism has become capable of using advanced weapons, including weapons of mass destruction. To this end, the international community has resorted to confronting these terrorist organizations by criminalizing their actions and prosecuting their perpetrators, whether through international agreements or national legislation. |
