| Abstract | نظمت كلية القانون بجامعة قطر مؤتمرًا علميًا محكما بعنوان «التشريعات التجارية الدولية: الاتجاهات الحديثة والرؤى المستقبلية، بالتعاون مع وزارة التجارة والصناعة بدولة قطر ولجنة الأمم المتحدة للقانون التجاري الدولي (UNCITRAL) وبرعاية غرفة قطر، وذلك في يوم الأربعاء 24 أبريل 2024 ومن خلال هذا المؤتمر، سعت كلية القانون لتعزيز المعرفة القانونية والبحث العلمي في مجالات الأولويات البحثية لدولة قطر وتحقيقا لأهداف التنمية المستدامة (SDG)، وبيان جدوى انضمام دولة قطر لاتفاقية الأمم المتحدة بشأن عقود البيع الدولي للبضائع من خلال مشاركة خبراء من القطاع الأكاديمي والبحثي والعملي مما يسهم في رسم السياسات العامة في دولة قطر لتنمية الأعمال وتشجيع الاستثمار وتنمية الصناعات الوطنية. تأسس هذا المؤتمر على ثلاثة محاور هي: -1 اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة بشأن عقود البيع الدولي للبضائع -2- تأثير القوانين النموذجية الدولية في صياغة التشريعات التجارية الوطنية 3- تطبيقات قانون الأونسيترال النموذجي للتحكيم في النظم الوطنية. وقد استقبل المؤتمر أوراقا بحثية من مختلف دول العالم سواء باللغة العربية أم باللغة الإنجليزية، وقد خضعت للتحكيم من اللجنة العلمية المؤتمر، وقد خلص المؤتمر - بحمد الله إلى النتائج والتوصيات . |

| Alternative Abstract | Qatar University College of Law organizes a refereed scientific conference entitled "International Commercial Legislation: Modern Trends and Future Visions" in cooperation with the Ministry of Commerce and Industry of the State of Qatar, the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) and Qatar Chamber, on Wednesday 24 April 2024. This conference sought to enhance legal knowledge and scientific research in the areas of research priorities for the State of Qatar and to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). It demonstrated the feasibility of the State of Qatar's accession to the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods through the participation of experts from the academic, research and practical sectors, which contributes to the formulation of public policies in the State of Qatar for business development, investment encouragement and the development of national industries. The Conference was founded on three axes: (1) the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods; (2) The impact of international model laws on the drafting of national commercial legislation; (3) Applications of the UNCITRAL Arbitration Model Law in national systems. The conference received research papers from all over the world, which were subject to a peer review process, and the conference concluded the following recommendations and results. |
