The study found that many respondents were dissatisfied with the current parking situation and were open to trying shared parking, even though they were not very familiar with it. Participants expressed a preference for convenience and time efficiency, with many willing to pay for improved parking options, highlighting a critical demand for innovative parking strategies. The majority of participant prefer the walking time from shared parking to their destination to be up to 5 min and they are willing to pay up 5 Qatari riyals per hour for the parking.
