| Abstract | تحاول هذه الدراسة التعرف على المشكلات التي تواجه الصندوق المالي المدرسي في المدارس الثانوية بدولة الكويت، وكذلك معرفة وجهات نظر المبحوثين باختلاف نظام الدراسة أو نوع المدرسة أو المنطقة التعليمية أو المسمى الوظيفي لمن يقوم بمباشرة عمل الصندوق المالي المدرسي. ومن نتائج الدراسة اتضح بان مشكلات الصندوق المالي أبرز في أربعة نواحي هي: الإيصالات، وعروض الأسعار، والنماذج المحاسبية، والحاجة إلى الوقت الكافي لمتابعة إجراءاته. لقد قدمت الدراسة مقترحات لتطوير العمل بالصندوق المالي عن طريق تشكيل لجنة في كل مدرسة تسمى " لجنة الشئون المالية المدرسية " تشرف على كل ما يتعلق بالإيرادات و المصروفات والحسابات المالية المدرسية كما اقترحت الدراسة خطوات تحضيرية عملية لمدة عام دراسي كامل قبل البدء في الإجراءات التطويرية بالصندوق المالي المدرسة على مستو ى جميع المدارس الثانوية. |

| Alternative Abstract | This study attempts to identify problems facing the fiscal fund at secondary schools in the State of Kuwait. It also aims to explore the participant's views in terms of various educational systems, type of school , the educational area and job descriptions of those who are involved in managing school fiscal funds. Results indicate that problems facing schools fiscal fund involve receipts, quotations , accounting forms and time needed to follow up related procedures. The study proposes " School Financial Affairs Committee " for operation and supervision of revenues, expenditures and school financial accounts . The study also proposes a preparations program to be initiated one scholastic year in advance before the school fiscal fund development process starts in all secondary schools . |
