تقويم الكفايات التدريسية لمعلمي العلوم في المرحلة المتوسطة للمناهج الموحدة في دولة الكويت

| Abstract | تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى تقويم الكفاية التدريسية لمعلمي العلوم للمرحلة المتوسطة في دولة الكويت، بعد اكتمال تطبيق المناهج الموحدة للعلوم في دول الخليج العربي. وقد أعدت بطاقة ملاحظة لغرض الدراسة احتوت على (53) عبارة تقيس الكفاية التدريسية في أربعة مجالات وهي: (تخطيط الدرس- السمات الشخصية- تنفيذ الدرس- والتقويم). وقد طبقت الدراسة على عينة بلغت (54) معلماً ومعلمة منهم (26) قائمين على تدريس الصف الثالث متوسط و (28) قائمين على تدريس الصف الرابع متوسط. وخضعت المعلومات والبيانات للمعالجات الإحصائية التي تمثلت في استخراج المتوسطات والانحرافات المعيارية والاختبار التائي وتحليل التباين. وخرجت الدراسة بعدة نتائج ملخصها أن معلمي العلوم في المرحلة المتوسطة بصفة عامة في مستوى ممتاز ولكنهم بحاجة إلى مزيد من التدريب وتنمية المهارة في بعض الكفايات الأساسية في التدريس مثل: - مهارة استخدام التقنيات التربوية. - مهارة استخدام اللغة العربية الفصحى المبسطة. - مهارة استخدام الأنشطة التعليمية المختلفة. - مهارة توظيف المعلومات الحياتية. - مهارة استخدام نتائج التقويم في تشخيص وعلاج صعوبات التعلم لدى الطلبة. - مهارة استخدام التقويم الذاتي. كما اشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الكفاية التدريسية بين معلمي الصف الثالث متوسط ومعلمي الصف الرابع متوسط لصالح الأخير ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المعلمين ترجع إلى سنوات الخبرة والمنطقة التعليمية. |

| Alternative Abstract | The aim of this study is to evaluate the teaching Competencies of science teachers in the intermediate stage in the state of Kuwait, after implementation of the unified curriculums of science in the Arabian gulf countries. An obseruation card has been developed for the purpose of this study, which consist of (53) statements (phrases) to measure the teaching Competencies in four fields which include : lesson planning - personal features (characteristics)- lesson implementation and evaluation. The study has been aplied on a sample of (54) teachers, (26) of them teach the 7th grade, and (28) teach the 8th grade. The findings of this study reveal that the science teachers of the intermediate stage were very good in general but need more training and improving of their skills in some of the essential Competencies in teaching such as : - the skill of using teaching techniques. - the skill of using the pure simple Arabic language. - the skill of using the different educational activities. - the skill of applying knowledge in the practical life. - the skill of using the evaluation results in diagnosing and solving the learning difficulties students suffer from. - the skill of using self evaluation. There were significant differences between the teachers of the 7th grade and the teachers of the 8th grade in terms of the teaching competencies. There were as well significant differences between the teachers due to their teaching experience and th educational area they are from. |
