Abstract

Judiciary way is one of the important chapter for most Fiqh issues and the scholars extent the issues and related the branches with it’s main objects according to Islamic Law. This study trying to reveal the impact of Judiciary way in interest of Umma to bring goodness for them and avoid them the crime and community lesion. I have strength this study with famous scholars ideas.
