الملخصThe efficiency and resilience have a negative correlation and they move in opposite directions. Both of them cannot be simultaneously enhanced and improving one of them deteriorates the other one. This article studies the efficiency-resilience nexus in the building energy management. The building is supplied by solar, diesel, battery, and grid. The purpose is to improve both the efficiency and resilience of the system. In the efficiency part, the operating cost, investment cost, and hourly operation of components are optimized. In the resilience part, the ability of the system to restore the loads following disruptions and events is increased. The model finds minimum level for nonrestored loads, optimal operating pattern for energy resources, minimum investment cost, and minimum operating cost while it keeps the acceptable level of service under events. The solar, line, battery, and diesel make 12.6%, 39.6%, 11.9%, and 4% impact on the planning cost. 2007-2012 IEEE.
