The modified internet addiction scale is developed with the analysis is carried in two steps. The observations are made from the study regarding the non-significance of other socio-demographic factors except age and the means to overcome these kinds of hurdles are advocated. The limitations of the study along with the future research prospects are suggested accordingly.
