| Abstract | يهدفُ هذا البحث إلى اختبار مفهوم النسوية السّيبرانية عبر تحديد المرجعيات المنشئة لها، ولا سيما أهم منظرات المقولات السّيبرانية النسوية، كسادي بلانت (Sadie Plant) ودونا هاراواي (Donna Hardaway)، بالتوازي مع الإشكالات التي تنطوي عليها الجملة المفاهيمية والإجرائية المتصلة بهذا المفهوم، ومن ثم اختبار فرضية أثر ذلك على النضال النسوي في العالم العربي من خلال اعتماد بعض التقارير الصادرة عن مؤسسات دولية كالأمم المتحدة، وما يكمن من معوّقات تتمثل باتساع الفجوة الرقمية بين الرجل والمرأة، علاوة على الإشكاليات الثقافية التي تتصل بالمنظور، وما يسكنه من أسئلة، وتحديات مستقبلية تتطلب وعيًا على مستوى الخطاب والممارسة في سياق قراءة ثقافية تعتمد التقاطع المعرفي. |

| Alternative Abstract | This research aims to examine the concept of cyber-feminism by identifying the references establishing it, especially the most crucial theories of feminist cyber-categories, such as Sadie Plant and Donna Hardaway, in parallel with the difficulties involved in the concepts and procedures related to this subject. In addition to testing the hypothesis of cyber feminism’s impact on the Arabic female struggle by adopting some reports issued by international institutions such as the United Nations, whilst elaborating on the obstacles that affect the Arab feminist movement within the context of an interdisciplinary cultural approach. The research also discusses the questions related to this concept, and future challenges that require appropriate awareness of the level of the discourse and practice. |
