| Abstract | يهدف البحث إلى دراسة أوضاع الجاليات المسلمة في البلدان الغربية في ضوء فكرة اندماجها ومشاركتها في تلك البلدان وبيان ما أدى إليه وجودها في تلك البقعة على المستوى الجماعي من التفاعل والتواصل لا الذوبان، ويسعى البحث من ناحية أخرى إلى التعرض إلى مجهودات الشيخ القرضاوي في هذا الباب والتعريف بها، وبما قدمه من آراء جوهرية ومجهودات واقعية مؤثرة، ويعتمد البحث المنهج الوصفي والتاريخي في سرد تطور أوضاع المسلمين ومقاربات الشيخ القرضاوي ومجهوداته وعقد الصلة بينهما، واستخدمت المنهج التحليلي في ملاحظة بناء تطور أوضاع الجاليات المسلمة وتطور ردود الأفعال حولها، وقد أوضح البحث ضعف المشاركة بين أبناء المسلمين في بلدان الغرب وتشرذمهم أفرادًا وأن بعضهم يفتقد إلى الوعي بهويته أو غير مؤمن بتأثيرها نتيجة عوامل متعددة، مع وجود اختلافات بين استجابة المسلمين لفهم وتصور وإدراك معنى الهُوية ومعنى الحفاظ عليها من نواح متعددة، وأشار البحث كذلك إلى تعاظم الجهود الرامية للحفاظ على هوية الجاليات المسلمة ولا سيما مجهودات الشيخ القرضاوي في هذا الصدد، وبذا يأتي البحث ضمن محاولة للتعريف بما قدمه القرضاوي من مجهودات رامية إلى تفعيل مفاهيم المشاركة الحضارية والاستجابة لحاجات المجتمعات المسلمة في الغرب من دون تضييع معالم الدين ومقاصده أو تمييع أصوله ومبادئه، وقد ركز البحث على موضوعات الانتماء ومسائل الاندماج لأنها ضمن تحديات تلك المجتمعات وترتقي في أقصى درجات تقدمها إلى أن تكون مهددات قد تصيب مجتمعات المسلمين في الغرب بالتحلل والذوبان التام. |

| Alternative Abstract | This research aims to refer to the conditions of Muslim communities in Western countries in the light of their integration and participation as citizens in Western countries. And to what extent their presence in that spot, collectively led to interact and communicate or melting in their societies, one of my goals in this paper to focus on the efforts of Sheikh Al-Qaradawi, to introduce it, and mention his fundamental and realistic endeavors. I used the Descriptive Methodology in my study to observe-in my narrative -the development of the conditions of Muslim minorities, the approaches and efforts of Sheikh Al-Qaradawi, and to build a linkage between the both. I tended to use the historical analysis in my observation to monitor the development of the conditions of the Muslim minorities’ communities and the reactions among the offered approaches of thoughts and the ideas.The outcomes of the study revealed the weakness of participation among the Muslims in Western countries and their fragmentation as individuals, and some of them are in lack of awareness of their identity or do not believe in its impact as a result of numerous factors.no study that examines and studies in a specific way, and in-depth manner the efforts of Al-Qaradawi and his views and ideas related to the concept of integration and civilizational participation.
