AbstractA study of the lipid fraction of Anastatica hierochuntica (Cruciferae) resulted in the isolation of hydrocarbon (mainly C25H52, C29H60 AND C31H64) AND sterol fractions (P-sitosterol, campesterol, stigmasterol AND cholesterol). Two flavonoids identified as luteolin AND luteolin 7-0-glucoside were isolated. © 1993 Informa UK Ltd All rights reserved: reproduction in whole or part not permitted.
