ضغوط العمل وتأثيرها على التفكك الأسري: مدينة الدوحة نموذجا

| Abstract | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى تأثير ضغوط العمل على العمال والموظفين وأفراد أسرهم وعلاقتها بالتفكك الأسري. ولتحقيق أهداف هذه الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي، واعتماد استبيان مكون من 55 عبارة موزعة على7 محاور، وذلك على عينة عشوائية مكونة من (124) عاملا وموظفاً من الجنسين في مدينة الدوحة. وعولجت البيانات إحصائيا باستخدام برنامج الرزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية SPSS))، فكانت النتائج التالية: أثبتت الدراسة أن تأثير ضغوط العمل على العمال والموظفين يبدأ بالتأثير النفسي المتمثل في التوتر والقلق، وينتهي إلى الإجهاد البدني والأرق، فالتأثير الجسدي المتمثل في الأمراض العضوية. كما أشارت النتائج إلى تأثير ضغوط العمل (ساعات العمل الطويلة، العمل في نهاية الأسبوع، متطلبات المؤسسة وغيرها) على شريك الحياة (الزوج/الزوجة) وعلى الأبناء؛ فالزوج (زوج/ زوجة) العامل يهمل زوجه ويكون أكثر عدائية، ويميل إلى الشجار، مما يجعلهما يعيشان فراغا عاطفيا، كما أنه لا يستطيع متابعة أبنائه وتربيتهم كما يجب. وأكدت الدراسة على انتشار التفكك الأسري بين العمال والموظفين المعرضين لضغوط العمل ومتطلباته المتنوعة (البقاء في مكان العمل، أو السفر لمسائل متعلقة بالعمل، أو إحضار الأعمال غير المنتهية للبيت)، وهو ما ينتج ثلاثة أنواع من التفكك؛ "التفكك الجسدي"، و"التفكك النفسي"، و"التفكك التربوي". في ضوء نتائج الدراسة أوصى الباحثان بمجموعة من التوصيات منها؛ ضرورة توفير دورات تدريبية داخل مقرات العمل لتدريب الموظفين والعمال على التخفيف من حدة الضغوط، وتوجيههم بضرورة حضورها، إضافة إلى دورات إدارة الأزمات، والاحتفال بيوم العائلة في الفضاءات الخضراء من طرف مؤسسات العمل للرفع من معنويات الموظفين والعمال، وإظهار اهتمام أرباب العمل بالتزاماتهم الأسرية ضمن أنشطة تفاعلية. |

| Alternative Abstract | The study aims to see how far work pressures can directly and adversely affect family lives and personal relationships, and its effect on the family disintegration. To achieve the aims of the study, the descriptive method was used and a questionnaire was designed. The questionnaire consisted of 55 statements divided into seven dimensions on a random sample of 124 employees from both gender in Doha. The data was then analysed statistically using the SPSS software. Survey data shows the following results: The study proved that work pressures which effect employees began as stress, anxiety leading to insomnia and physical stress accompanied by diseases. This study confirms qualitative evidence that long hours of work, weekend work, demands of work, and high-pressure, contribute to deteriorating home relationships and to dissatisfaction among partners. The balance between work and children care obligations becomes more and more difficult to achieve. Managing work and family responsibilities can often, be very difficult for employees. The study confirmed the influence of work pressures on family strength and wellbeing, which is shown in different kinds of family disintegration; physical (structural disintegration), psychological, and educational. In light of the findings of the study, some recommendations were made, including the following: The necessity of providing training courses within the workplace to train employees in alleviating pressure, and directing them to attend the trainings, in addition to crisis management courses. Moreover, the study recommends the celebration of Family Day in green spaces by work organizations, to raise the morale of employees, and show the interest of employers in their obligations towards the well-being of workers' families within interactive activities. |
