| الملخص | تتلخص مشكلة البحث في الفجوة الكبيرة بين مراكز البحث في الاقتصاد الإسلامي والمصارف الإسلامية، وقلة الدراسات التي تناولت هذه العلاقة بشكل مفصل،وعدم تحديد مجالات الارتباط، أو الآلية التي تنظم علاقة مراكز البحث في الاقتصاد بالمصارف الإسلامية، ويهدف هذا البحث إلى معرفة واقع العلاقة بين المراكز البحثية في الاقتصاد الإسلامي والمصارف الإسلامية، ووضع محددات ارتباط تنظم العلاقة بينهما،ورسم آلية ارتباط تحقق أهداف وخطط التنمية لكلا الطرفين، وسلك الباحث في دراسته المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي، وذلك في معرفة واقع علاقة الطرفين وتحليل ومناقشة محددات وآلية تنظيمها، وقد توصل الباحث إلى جملة نتائج من أهمها: ضعف العلاقة بين مراكز البحث في الاقتصاد الإسلامي والمصارف الإسلامية، وغياب الدعم الحقيقي والفاعل لحركة البحث العلمي من قبل المصارف الإسلامية، وابتعاد موضوعات البحث والدراسة لدى مراكز البحث في الاقتصاد الإسلامي في الغالب عن مشكلات وواقع المصارف الإسلامية |

| الملخص البديل | The problem of research condenses in the enormous gap between the Islamic economics research centers and Islamic banks, and there are very few studies that took up the relation between them in detail, as well the linking areas or the mechanism which regulates the relationship between the research centers and Islamic banks is also not ascertained; this research aims at knowing the relationship between Islamic economics research centers and Islamic banks, and to draw the relationship limits which regulates the relationship between them, as well to design a relationship mechanism which fulfills the goals and growth of both the parties. The researcher adopted descriptive and analytic approaches for determining the relation between the parties as well for analyzing and testing the limits and mechanism of the mechanism regulating that relationship. The researchers landed at some important outcomes, significant among them are: weakness of relationship between the Islamic economics research centers and Islamic banks, absence of real support and active scientific research motive in banks, farness of research topics at Islamic economics research center mostly from the problems and present situation of the Islamic banks. |
