| Abstract | تهدف هذه الورقة إلى إماطة اللثام عن وهْم انفصال التخصصات العلمية، بتأكيد ترابطها وتكاملها بدلاً من انفصالها. وتتخذ من علم "البيولوجيا السياسية" نموذجاً لإبراز هذا التكامل بين علمي السياسة والبيولوجيا. تعتمد الورقة على مقاربة معرفية نظرية لتوضيح كيف يجد هذا العلم أصوله في تطور الفكر الإنساني، مما يبرز تعدد مواضيعه، مثل دراسة الجسد، ومسألة القرابة، وغيرها. وتزداد أهمية هذا العلم في دراسة السياسات الجنسية التي تستدعي حضوره بشكل ملح، خاصة فيما يتعلق بالتدبير السلطوي للجنس، بهدف تحسين الحياة الجنسية للأفراد، وكبح الرغبات المكبوتة. كما تتناول الورقة دراسة بعض حالات السياسات الجنسية. لتحقيق هذه الغاية، تم تقسيم الورقة إلى محورين: الأول نظري يتناول الأسس النظرية للبيولوجيا السياسية، والثاني تطبيقي يركز على دراسة حالة من حالات السياسات الجنسية. |

Using "Biopolitics" as a case study, it demonstrates the overlap between political science and biology. The paper employs a theoretical epistemological approach to trace the roots of political biology in the evolution of human thought, revealing its diverse topics, such as the study of the body, kinship, and related subjects. The relevance of this field becomes especially prominent in the study of sexual politics, where its application is critical-particularly in matters concerning the regulation of sexuality by authorities. The ultimate aim is to improve individuals' sexual well-being and manage repressed desires. The paper also analyzes specific instances of sexual policies. To achieve this, it is divided into two sections: the first outlines the theoretical foundations of political biology, and the second presents a practical case study on sexual politics. |
