| Abstract | هدفت هذه الدراسة الى تحليل واقع استخدامات بطاقة الأداء المتوازن في المؤسسات التعليمية في الوطن العربي وأثرها على تطوير وتحسين الأداء في المؤسسات التعليمية في الدول العربية في الفترة الزمنية ما بين 2013 الى 2023، حيث قدمت الدراسة توضيح لمفهوم بطاقة الاداء المتوازن ودراسة تحليلية وصفية بطريقة منهجية لعدد من الدراسات السابقة من اربع قواعد للبيانات هي ( المنظومة، المنهل، المعرفة، شمعة)، حيث تم تجميع عدد كبير من الدراسات التي درست المواضيع ( بطاقة الاداء المتوازن و التعليم أو الجامعات او المؤسسات التعليمية او المدارس) وتم فلترة هذه الأبحاث لتتوافق مع محددات البحث لتبلغ في النهاية 60 دراسة، وتم اجراء تحليل وصفي دقيق لعينة الدراسة ( 60 بحثا) باستخدام برنامج الاكسل، وتمت القراءة الوصفية لهذه الدراسات للإجابة على أسئلة البحث والحصول على معلومات حول بطاقة الأداء المتوازن حيث اتضح وجود عدد من الدراسات المتنوعة في منهجيتها وسنوات نشرها وبلدانها، حيث وجدت أبحاث لعشر دول عربية ولم نجد أي بحث في الدول ( قطر، الامارات، سوريا، لبنان، عمان، تونس، البحرين، المغرب)، واوضحت الدراسات تنوع استخدام بطاقات الاداء فمنها ما استخدم في التخطيط الاستراتيجي ومنها في تحسين وتطوير الأداء وفي تقييم مدراء المدارس وتقييم المؤسسات التعليمية، واوصت الدراسة بضرورة نشر الوعي وتمكين الموظفين من استخدامات البطاقة واجراء المزيد من البحوث عليها في الميدان التعليمي بهدف تحسين التعليم. | Alternative Abstract | This study analyses the usage of the balanced scorecard in educational institutions in the Arab world and its impact on the development and improvement of performance in educational institutions in the Arab countries in the period between 2013 to 2023. The study provided an explanation of the concept of the balanced scorecard and a descriptive analytical study in a systematic way for a number of previous studies from four Arab databases (Almanthomah, Manhal, Almaerfa, Shama). These databases offer large number of studies that cover the studied topics (Balanced scorecard, education, universities, educational institutions or schools). We have filtered these studies to comply with the limitation of the research to finally reach 60 studies. Accurate descriptive analysis of the study sample (60 research) was conducted using Excel program. The descriptive reading of these studies was done to answer research questions and obtain information about the balanced scorecard, as it became clear that there are a number of diverse studies in their methodology, years of publication and countries. Results show that research was found only in ten Arab countries and we did not find any Research in the following countries (Qatar, UAE, Syria, Lebanon, Oman, Tunisia, Bahrain, Morocco). Results showed the diversity of the use of balanced scorecards as some of which were used in strategic planning, including in improving and developing performance, evaluating school principals and evaluating educational institutions. The study recommended the need to spread awareness and enable employees to use the balance scorecards and conduct more research on it in the educational field in order to improve educational services. |
