| Abstract | يُعنى هذا البحث ببيان أهمية الإجماع في التفسير، كونه عند ثبوت صحته لا يمكن لأحد أن يخالفه، لهذا كان لابد من التحقق من أي دعوى تتعلق بالإجماع فيه، وقد جاء هذا البحث ليبيّن مدى صحة القول بالإجماع على أن معنى اليقين في قوله تعالى: ﴿حَتَّى أَتَانَا الْيَقِينُ﴾ [سورة المدثر: آية رقم (47)] هو الموت، وَوَظَّفْنَا فيه المنهج الاستقرائي والمنهج التحليلي، وقد عرّفنا فيه بالإجماع، وَبَيَّنَّا حجيته وأهميته، ودواعي التثبت من صحته، ثم وقفنا مع مورد الآية، ومناسبتها للسياق، وَبَيَّنَّا معنى اليقين ومراتبه، ثم ذكرنا المفسرين الذين حَكوا الإجماع، وتحققنا من صحته باستقراء أقوال المفسرين وتحليلها، وقد خلص البحث إلى أن حكاية الإجماع صحيحة، وأن الخلاف الوارد في تفسير الآية من باب اختلاف التنوع وليس اختلاف التضاد. |

| Alternative Abstract | This research is concerned with showing the importance of consensus in interpretation as when it comes true no one can opposite it, so it is necessary to verify any claim that related to consensus in it , and this research aims to explain how the saying of consensus that the meaning of certainty in the Almighty’s saying: “Until certainty came to us.” [ Al muddaththir :47] is the death , and We explained the meaning of consensus and showing its authentic, its importance, and reasons for verifying its correctness, then We revised the verse's resource and its appropriate to the context, and We explained the meaning of certainty and its degrees, then We mentioned the Interpretators who reported the consensus, and We verified its authenticity by extrapolating and analyzing the Interpretators’ statements, and this research finally reached to that narrating consensus is true and the disagreement in the interpretation of the verse is due to a difference in diversity not a difference in contradiction . |
