| Abstract | تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن التحديات التي ظهرت في ظل التعليم عن بعد الذي فرضته جائحة كورونا، ومن ثم اقتراح الحلول المناسبة لهذه التحديات، وقد وقفت عند الركائز الأساسية التي يقوم عليها التعليم وهي المعلم بوصفه اللبنة اللبنة الأساسية التي يقوم عليها التعليم والمتعلم الذي كان سببا في وجود المعلم والمقرر وهو ما يُراد نقله من الأول إلى الثاني، ورابع هذه الركائز المنصة التعليمية التي لا يستغنى عنها. سلكت في هذه الدراسة مناهج عدة للكشف عن هذه التحديات إيجاد الحلول، ولعل أبرزها المنهج الاستقرائي، وللوصول إلى نتائج مرضية تطلب الأمر تقسيم الدراسة إلى ثلاثة مباحث، واندرج تحت كل مبحث مطلبان، ولعل من أبرز التحديات التي توصلت إليها الدراسة حالة التشتت الذهني للمتعلم ومعاناة المعلم في عدم القدرة الكافية على جذب المتعلم نحو المقرر، وأظهرت الدراسة أن أبرز الحلول للتغلب على هذه الحالة لغة الجسد واستثمار المنصة التعليمية بشكل كامل. |

| Alternative Abstract | This study seeks to uncover the challenges that have emerged under the distance education imposed by the Corona pandemic, and thus proposes proper solutions to these challenges. The paper tries to analyze the distance education through the main pillars of education, namely the teacher as the building block on which education is based, the learner who is the reason for the presence of the teacher, the syllabus to be transferred from the first to the second, and lastly the indispensable educational platform. In this study, several approaches are considered to detect the challenges and find solutions, most importantly the inductive approach. The study concludes that the most prominent challenges are the state of mental dispersion of the learner, and the strain of the teacher to attract the learners’ attention during the course. The study shows that the solutions to this situation lay in the efficient use of body language and the proper development of the educational platform. |
