| Abstract | تتناول هذه الرسالة تنفيذ القرار الإداري في القانون القطري والقوانين المقارنة، وقد جاءت من خلال فصلين يسبقهما مبحث تمهيدي، تناول هذا المبحث بيان القوة التنفيذية للقرار الإداري من خلال توضيح مفهومها ونتائجها بالإضافة إلى بيان النطاق الزمني والشخصي لهذه القوة. بينما خصص الفصل الأول للوقوف على وسائل تنفيذ القرار الإداري وذلك عن طريق الإدارة وعن طريق القضاء. اتجهت الرسالة في الفصل الثاني منها إلى التطرق لوقف تنفيذ القرار الإداري من حيث بيان شروطه وآثار الحكم الصادر بوقف التنفيذ . وتم بيان موقف المشرع القطري وتعزيز البحث من خلال الإشارة لبعض الأحكام القضائية ذات الصلة. |

| Alternative Abstract | This thesis discusses the execution of the administrative decision of the Qatari Law and the comparative laws in two chapters and preface. The preface discusses the executive force of the administrative decision by explaining its concept and results in addition to personal and time range for this force. The first chapter is determined for the ways of execution of the administrative decision by the administration and the judiciary. The thesis in the second party discusses stop execution of the administrative decision through its conditions and the consequences of the issued judgment of stop execution. Through the thesis, the situation of the Qatari Project has been declared and reinforces the research by referring to the related judicial decisions. |
